Since joining Engel & Völkers Capital AG, a project volume of over € 1 billion has been financed.

By providing mezzanine capital, we offer you the opportunity to close the gap between equity and debt capital. Mezzanine capital is usually subordinated to traditional bank financing.
Engel & Völkers Capital AG provides mezzanine capital for real estate projects in the metropolitan regions of Germany, Austria and Spain. Our focus lies on the development of new construction projects and the revitalisation of residential, commercial properties as well as hotels. The amount of financing generally varies between EUR 5-25 million per project. A prerequisite for the granting of capital is a positive legal and technical due diligence as well as a market value appraisal. These are each prepared by independent external experts.
Furthermore, we regard the provision of adequate collateral as a prerequisite. In addition to the provision of capital for project financing, we offer you the opportunity to purchase land prior to obtaining building rights. Both in
combination with debt capital financing as classic mezzanine capital and also alone with Engel & Völkers Capital AG via senior secured financing.
Thanks to well-rehearsed processes, ideally only 4 weeks elapse from project presentation to the provision of funds.
Our financing vehicles are capitalised exclusively by institutional investors such as insurance companies, pension funds and other investors subject to VAG investment guidelines.
